Actually, there's two. One of them is open to all SL members, and the other one is only open to SL premium members.

If you have a premium account:
You'll surely get paid L$ 100 every 30 days if you put DLicious in your picks. All you need to do is add DLicious in your picks, wait 24 hours adding, and click on the above display.

If you don't have a premium account:
Simply add DLicious in your picks, wait 24 hours and join the draw at DLicious. Your name will go into the draw for the week. At the end of the week, a winner will be drawn. If you're not lucky (or if you're greedy heheh..) you can come back and re-join by clicking on the display.
